Shipping

We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and the rest of the world. Shipping rates per order: Australia A$10 flat, FREE on orders of A$50 or more; New Zealand & Oceania A$15; rest of world A$20. The total shipping charge is shown before payment.

Products are sourced to order and dispatched through our sourcing and fulfilment partner in China. Supplier processing, warehouse handling and international transit are separate stages. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times vary by product, stock availability, destination and carrier. We do not offer a guaranteed express delivery service. Contact sethonewman@outlook.com before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We will provide tracking when it becomes available.

If we cannot source an ordered item, we will contact you and offer a refund for that item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Contact us if tracking stops updating, a parcel is delayed or an item does not arrive. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly about corrections; an address may be unable to be changed after dispatch.
